Manabi Straight – Episode 2

OP: A Happy Life

I have to say, I find the OP much better than the ED. Speaking about the ED, they didn’t use the claymation sequence this episode but animated through it. I love how they animated the opening sequence, it was so fun to watch! But I think the OP song is a tad-bit dull.

Well, that was a nice episode. I really liked the character design of the flower-club girl (last row, left picture). I also liked how they did the next episode preview (last row, right picture). It’s very unique.

Momo and Mei are now my favorite characters of this series. I also love the drawing style of this series. So I’m going to rate this episode 8/10. Hope the next episode is just as good, or if not, better.
